Oltre Impact SGR is pleased to announce a strategic investment in the sustainable fashion sector through the creation of Sustainable Platform. This new initiative aims to accelerate the growth of brands that integrate innovation and sustainability into their core values. The operation includes the acquisition of 55% of the share capital of THEMOIRè and the business unit related to OOF Wear, with a total investment of €6.2 million.
A Concrete Commitment to Sustainable Fashion
Sustainable Platform will provide strategic, technological, and operational support to the involved brands, focusing on optimizing the production chain, sourcing eco-friendly materials, and implementing advanced impact measurement metrics, such as Life Cycle Assessment (LCA).

The Brands: THEMOIRè and OOF Wear
• THEMOIRè, founded in 2019 by Salar Bicheranloo and Francesca Monaco, is known for producing bags made from natural and recycled materials such as cork, raffia, eco-fur, and recycled cotton. In 2023, the brand generated approximately €4 million in revenue.
• OOF Wear, a brand by NYKY S.r.l., designs and markets outerwear made with padding sourced from recycled textiles and plastic (PET). In 2023, OOF Wear also recorded a revenue of approximately €4 million.
