How we measure and calculate impact
- 1° We identify the impact rationale behind the investment
- 2° We define KPIs that seek to identify the impact generated by the initiative
- 3° We plan annual targets for each KPI identified
- 4° The Advisory Board reviews and approves the proposed KPIs and targets
- 5° We measure annual company and portfolio performance
Our valuation model considers ESG factors and performance of investees. 70% of our carried interest is linked to the achievement of impact targets prefixed at portfolio level.
This model has been certified by an independent operator, a leader in the sustainable certification’s segment.
